At a Seminar with Sifu Max, Master Toledo uses Hypnosis in which 30 People are brought down to Alpha Level, then Theta Level, and then to Delta Level (level past Sleep). Master Toledo releases all the Stress and Fustrations from everyone therefore giving then Balance.
At this point, He implements to all involved in the Session, that they will "Accept" Sifu Max "Transmission of Healing", Sifu Max will Transmit to them individually.
Because of the Western Mind, even after you are given a "Transmission" it is not easy to "accept" because of the "Rational Mind" and Mental Blocks of an Individual.
